Welcome to My Meds (the "App"), a medication reminder application available on iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.

My Meds is not a medical device and is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is a personal organizational tool to help you remember to take your medications. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, and you should always consult your doctor, pharmacist, or qualified health professional with any questions regarding your medications or health conditions.
My Meds is not a HIPAA-covered entity. The App does not interface with health plans, healthcare providers, or health data clearinghouses.
We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information from users of My Meds.

All medication data you enter — including medication names, dosage information, schedules, and reminder preferences — is stored exclusively and securely on your device. This data is never transmitted to us, our servers, or any third party.
To function properly, My Meds may request the following device permissions:
You can revoke any permission at any time through your device's Settings. Revoking notification permissions will disable medication reminders.
My Meds is intended for users of all ages. We take children's privacy very seriously and comply fully with COPPA.
Because we do not collect any personal information from any user, we do not collect personal information — including health or medication data — from children under the age of 13. No registration, account creation, or personal data submission is required to use the App.
Parents and guardians: If My Meds is used to manage a child's medication schedule, all data entered remains on the device and is never transmitted. You can contact us at any time with questions or concerns using the contact information in Section 9 below.
My Meds does not integrate any:
No user data, including any health or medication information, is shared with any third party for any purpose.
All data you enter into My Meds is stored locally on your device using the platform's standard encrypted storage. Because we collect no personal data and have no servers that store your information, there is no remote data to breach. You may delete all App data at any time by uninstalling My Meds or clearing App data through your device settings.
Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, port, or delete on our end. You retain complete control over all data stored locally on your device.
California residents (CCPA): We do not sell, share, or disclose personal information. There is no personal information to disclose.
EU/EEA residents (GDPR): We process no personal data. No legal basis for processing is required as no processing occurs.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage users and parents to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
