MyWords is designed for users of all ages, including children under the age of 13. We take children's privacy seriously and comply fully with COPPA.

Because we do not collect any personal information from any user, we do not collect personal information from children under 13. No registration, account creation, or personal data submission is required to use the App.

4. Third-Party Services

MyWords does not integrate any:

• Third-party analytics tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel)

• Crash reporting services that transmit identifiable data

No user data is shared with any third party for any purpose.

5. Data Storage and Security

Because we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data stored on our servers. All App data (exercise history, scores, difficulty preferences) is stored exclusively on your device using the platform's standard local storage. You may delete this data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing App data through your device settings.

6. Your Rights

Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, port, or delete on our end. You retain complete control over all data stored locally on your device.

California residents (CCPA): We do not sell or share personal information. There is no personal information to disclose.

EU/EEA residents (GDPR): We process no personal data. No legal basis for processing is required.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
