3. Multiplayer Features

Word Play Arena includes real-time multiplayer gameplay. When you use multiplayer features:

• A temporary network connection is established to facilitate gameplay. Your device's IP address may be transiently processed by the connection infrastructure solely to route game packets.
• No IP addresses are logged or stored on our servers beyond the duration of an active game session.
• No account creation, registration, or personal details are required to play multiplayer.
• No player-to-player communication features (chat, voice, messaging) that could expose personal information are built into the App.
• Leaderboard scores, if displayed, are stored locally and not linked to any identity.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Word Play Arena is designed for users of all ages, including children under the age of 13. We take children's privacy seriously and fully comply with COPPA.

Because we do not collect any personal information from any user, we do not collect personal information from children under 13. No registration, account creation, or personal data submission is required to play the App.

5. Third-Party Services

Word Play Arena does not integrate any:

No user data is shared with any third party for any purpose.

6. Data Storage and Security

Because we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data stored on our servers. All game data (progress, settings, local scores) is stored exclusively on your device using the platform's standard local storage mechanisms. You may delete this data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing App data through your device settings.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding personal data under GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable laws. Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, port, or delete on our end. For data stored locally on your device, you retain full control.

California residents: We do not sell or share personal information. There is no personal information to disclose under the CCPA.

EU/EEA residents: We act as data controllers for no personal data. No personal data is processed, and therefore no legal basis under GDPR is required.
